Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, the user fully and irrevocably agrees to the following terms of use. VisitOnWeb reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on the website and shall come into effect immediately upon publication.
These Terms set out the legal framework governing the relationship between users and VisitOnWeb. This agreement becomes binding for an indefinite period once accepted by the user, who agrees to comply with all provisions during each visit.
Eligibility
Users must have full legal capacity. Minors must obtain prior authorisation from their legal guardians. If accessing the site on behalf of a company or legal entity, the user remains personally bound by these terms.

By placing and paying for an order, the user explicitly waives any right to cancellation, refund or partial reimbursement. Signature’s pricing is dependent of the signature method used. Credits purchased are valid for one year from the purchase date.
Account Creation
User accounts are created automatically upon placing the first order. Registration requires accurate, up-to-date and complete information, including a valid email address, first and last name, and password. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must promptly inform VisitOnWeb of any unauthorised account use or security breach.
Personal Data
All personal data collected by VisitOnWeb is processed lawfully. By creating an account, users consent to the processing of their data for the purpose of delivering services. VisitOnWeb may use cookies and log files to enhance the user experience. Cookies can be disabled via browser settings.
Personal data is stored securely by VisitOnWeb and retained only as long as necessary for service provision. Users retain ownership of their data and have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to data sharing with third parties for legitimate reasons.

VisitOnWeb reserves the unilateral right to refuse, suspend or terminate user accounts or submissions without compensation in cases of:
- Violation of these terms
- Inappropriate or unlawful content
Users shall not:
- Transmit or store illegal, defamatory, violent or offensive content
- Create fake profiles or simulate the site’s structure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to access source code
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or overload the site
- Infringe intellectual property rights or impersonate VisitOnWeb
- Disrupt or compromise the website’s integrity or security
Security breaches may result in civil and criminal penalties. Users must use the site professionally, lawfully and in good faith.
Signature Services
VisitOnWeb acts solely as a technical intermediary. Signature operations are carried out by our partner, doccle. Users are fully responsible for the legal and financial arrangements between parties and must resolve any disputes independently.
VisitOnWeb does not guarantee the authenticity of user-submitted content and shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from its use.
Limitation of Liability
VisitOnWeb is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site or from inaccuracies or omissions in content.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (designs, texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of VisitOnWeb. Any partial or total reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Damages
VisitOnWeb shall not be held responsible for any damage to user data or equipment resulting from use of the site, nor for the transmission of viruses.
Website Availability

Proof of Agreement
VisitOnWeb’s digital systems and files constitute legally admissible proof. Data stored or transmitted via these systems may be used in legal proceedings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Invalidity of any provision shall not affect the remainder. Electronic communication shall carry the same legal weight as written documentation. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless otherwise specified.
